This class blends mild active movement with longer held Yin and Restorative poses to create a well rounded practice. Exploring gentle stretching and strengthening in a slowly flowing way helps us to move energy and prepare the body for deeper release before we linger within longer holds. This is a class to unwind, regulate your nervous system, sink into the Self, and cultivate balance. This is a 75 minute class: 7:30pm-8:45pm.
