A class designed to help align your body into optimal posture by strengthening commonly weak muscles and stretching commonly tight ones. Ideal for those who sit often, athletes, or anyone dealing with back or hip discomfort—everyone can benefit from improved alignment. Drawing from Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Critical Alignment Therapy techniques, this class combines functional strength-building with deep, essential relaxation. This is a 60 minute class: 6pm-7pm.
